Troubleshooting
Find the visible problem and work through the checks in order.
I cannot sign in or the invitation is invalid
Section titled “I cannot sign in or the invitation is invalid”- Sign in with the same email address to which the invitation was sent.
- Open the latest invitation link; an invitation that was already answered or has expired is no longer valid.
- Try signing in again with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
- For account, invitation, or access problems, ask your school’s Stundenwerk administrator to check your email address and send a new invitation if needed.
My import fails
Section titled “My import fails”- Make sure the file is saved as
.xlsx. - Remove the header row; every row is read as a data record.
- Check column A for unique aliases made of letters, numbers, and hyphens, and column B for names.
- Remove empty rows and test a copy with only one data row.

A lesson is missing from the pool
Section titled “A lesson is missing from the pool”- Open Lessons and check Total.
- Count the placed occurrences. When the full total is placed, the lesson disappears from the pool.
- Check that you opened the correct timetable and project.
- Increase the total only if another occurrence is genuinely required.

A teacher or room is missing from a card or export
Section titled “A teacher or room is missing from a card or export”- Under Lessons, open the affected row and check the resource assignment.
- Select the specific placement and check whether the resource was removed only there.
- In the placement dialog, check whether the resource is hidden.
- For a control export, use Advanced export → Show hidden teachers/rooms.

A conflict does not disappear
Section titled “A conflict does not disappear”- Open the conflict card and check every listed class.
- Make sure the affected resource is no longer assigned to two placements at the same time.
- Wait for Saved after changes and reopen Conflicts.
- Remember: Approve confirms the overlap but does not resolve it.

A movement was not saved
Section titled “A movement was not saved”- Wait for Saved after every movement.
- For Failed to save, reload the page and check the source and target cells.
- Repeat only the movement that was not applied and wait again.
- Do not switch timetables while Saving… is displayed.

A PDF or ZIP file is not downloaded
Section titled “A PDF or ZIP file is not downloaded”- Wait until Export downloaded or The export could not be created appears.
- Allow downloads for Stundenwerk and check the download folder.
- Select the rows again and restart the export.
- Test one timetable first to narrow the problem to multiple selection or ZIP creation.

I cannot find a project after leaving an organization
Section titled “I cannot find a project after leaving an organization”- Open the project overview and check that you are working in the expected organization.
- Projects stay with their organization; after Leave organization, you no longer have access to them.
- Ask your school’s Stundenwerk administrator to invite you to the correct organization again.
