What should a project represent?

Use a separate project for a clearly defined scheduling period, such as a school year or semester. This keeps master data, timetables, and conflicts together and separates older versions. Manage projects

Can I put multiple lessons in the same cell?

Yes. Drag a lesson onto an occupied cell and arrange the cards on the left or right. Every card then shares the same weekday and lesson slot. Stack lessons

Does Stundenwerk schedule lessons automatically?

No. You drag available occurrences from the lesson pool into the grid yourself. Stundenwerk saves the placements and reports resource overlaps as conflicts. Schedule lessons

What does Approve mean for a conflict?

Approval confirms an intentionally accepted overlap. It does not move a lesson or change a resource; the conflict remains visible under Approved. Review conflicts

What is missing after cloning a project?

You choose seven data areas individually. Placements are not one of them. Unselected areas are omitted, and dependent options require their foundations. Clone a project

What is missing when copying lessons between timetables?

Teacher and room assignments and timetable placements are not copied. Assign resources again and place the occurrences in the target timetable. Copy lessons

What happens to an existing alias during import?

The existing entry’s name is updated from column B. A second entry with the same alias is not created. Excel import

Why does a lesson disappear from the lesson pool?

Once the number of placed occurrences equals Total, none remain and the pool card disappears. Remove a placement or correct the total if another occurrence is required. Use the lesson pool

What does Hide mean for a resource?

The teacher or room remains assigned to the placement but is not shown in standard timetable exports. Advanced export can include hidden resources. Export options
